Survived by his children, daughter (redacted) and son (redacted); and the true joys of his life, five grandchildren: (redacted). He is also survived by a sister, a niece, nephew; and cousins in Canada and Italy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Francis; and sister, Rosemary. An athlete, veteran, illustrator, painter, sculptor, and innovator, he spent more than 60 years in the Chicago art advertising community. He found character and interest in and from the obscure to the ab-surd and those who knew him will always remember him and his exploits, with a smile. A private service is pending.
