Ms. Ashley Nicole Harris, 26, of Old Mill Road, Cartersville passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the residence.
Ms. Harris was born in Cartersville, Georgia, April 4, 1987, daughter of Tammy Harris and Allen Shepherd. She spent her time being a mother of two boys who she loved more than anything in this world. Ashley will be remembered as a fun, loving, caring, and beautiful person. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Troy Harris.
She is survived her two sons, Trevor Harris and Malik Harris of Cartersville; mother, Tammy Harris and Chris Grier of Euharlee; brother, Steven Harris of Cartersville; father, Allen Shepherd of Cartersville; grandparents, Ann and Bob Grier of TN, Kathy Harris of Cartersville, and Bud and Elaine Shepherd of Cartersville; aunts and uncles, Melissa and Jeremy Lieving, Mark and Amanda Harris, Phil Harris, and Sandra and Wendell Hembree; special friend, Megan Crawford of AL and several cousins.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 2, 2014, at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville, with Rev. Mark Harris officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Cartersville. Pallbearers include Chris Grier, Phil Harris, Robert Harris, Michael Lewis, James Womack, and Johnny “Fuzz” Gravely.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.
