OBITUARY: NANCY FAHR STARR
Nancy Ann Starr, 78, of Pasco, died April 5 at Avalon Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pasco. She was born in Chicago and lived in the Tri-Cities for 60 years. She was a retail clerk at JCPenney. Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements. (Source: Tri-City Herald Date: Friday, April 6, 2012)

Nancy was born in Chicago, Sept. 6, 1933, to Ernst and Eleanor Fahr. Nancy married Tom Irvin in 1949. They had three children, Tom, Ronnie and Carol. She divorced in 1959 and married the love of her life, Theo Starr, and they made their home in Tri-Cities.

She passed away April 5, 2012, at Avalon Nursing Home surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her husband, Theo; sons, Tom of Wenatchee and Ronnie & Michelle of Pasco; sisters, Eleanor Reihs of Richland and Susan Miller of Electric City; grandkids, Heather & Todd of Ohio. Nancy was preceded in death by her daughter, Carol.

Arrangements will be at a later date.
