She graduated from Academy High School. She was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses Bayview Unit.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, David, Steve and Bobby Koppes.
Survivors include her husband, Eugene Stetson; four sons, Steve Stetson and Keith Stetson and his wife, Linette, all of Chicago, Scott Stetson and his wife, Shirley, of Los Angeles and Paul Stetson and his wife, Vickie, of Jupiter, Fla.; two daughters, Susan Kohl and her husband, Bart, of Chicago and Valerie Stetson of Erie; a sister, Joyce Corvaglia and her husband, Ralph, of Erie; a brother, Bill Koppes and his wife, Lolly, of Erie; and seven grandchildren.
