Mrs. Geraldine Faircloth Parker, 68 of 101 Salem Circle, Salemburg, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.
She was born June 8, 1948 in Sampson County and was the daughter of the late Perry and Bertha Sessoms Faircloth. She is also preceded in death by her sisters, Peggy Hodges, Joyce Faircloth; and brother, Sambo Faircloth. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Parker of Autryville; son, Chris Parker of Stedman; sisters, Betty Tanner, Helen Daniels, Ruth Jackson all of Salemburg, Darlene Cannady of Autryville; brothers, Tommy Faircloth of Salemburg, Buddy Faircloth of Autryville; grandchildren, Josh, Christalyn, Zachary, Stormy; and very special nephew, Wayne Hodges.
The funeral will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday at Peniel Pentecostal Holiness Church, 3681 Dunn Road, Roseboro, with Pastor Jeff Bartlett officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday at Peniel Pentecostal Holiness Church, and other times at her home.
