Louise was an amazing lady, cherished by family and friends. She was a long time resident of Monroe County, WV, and later Princeton, WV. In 1998, she relocated to Blountville, TN to make her home with her daughter, Shirley. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Owen Belcher, and second husband, Charlie Lane. Sons, Teddy Joe Belcher and Frank Owen Belcher, Jr. Five brothers, Lamar, Lacy, Leonard, Lonnie, and Eldridge. Six sisters, Margaret, Bessie, Bertie, Ada, Willie, and Juanita. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
