On 15 October 1954 he married Shirley May (Behning) Pawlowicz on the United States Naval Base in Bremerton, Washington.
At the age of ninety, on 27 November 2016, Frank passed away. Frank was laid to rest in the Washington Veterans Home Cemetery in Retsil, Washington.
