Per cemetery records, Ambretta Snow died Aug 5 1925, interred Aug 8 1925 in plot R 28 with her second husband.

Per Marriage License 3665, on Apr 21 1897 in Venango County, Ambrette McClelland, 37, daughter of Samuel and Hannah McClelland, married James Buchanan Foster, 40, son of Levi and Nancy Foster. James, a painter, was widowed, his wife having died May 27 1891. Ambrette was divorced from W. L. Smith Jun 6 1894.

Franklin News-Herald, Friday, Aug 7 1925:
Mrs. Steele Snow, resident of Franklin and vicinity practically all her life, died at 4 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the home of her son, Ross Smith, at Willard, Kansas. She was born in Raymilton December 2, 1860, daughter of Samuel and Hannah McClelland.

Surviving are her husband and sons, Marshall Smith, Iowa Park, TX, Marvin Smith, Tippecanoe, OH, and Ross Smith, Willard, KS; a sister, Mrs. Eleanor Ray of Detroit, MI; a brother, Lafayette McClelland of Wilmington, CA; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

The body was brought to Franklin and taken to the home of Samuel McMullen, 12th and Myrtle streets, where the funeral will be at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.
