She was a homemaker and was a member of East Pubnico New Horizons. She is survived by sons, Julien (Shirley), Lower East Pubnico; Henry (Ann), Clementsport; Joe (Irene), Lower East Pubnico; Gene (Darlene), South Range; Leroy (Robyn), Lower East Pubnico; daughters, Louise (John) Belliveau, Middle East Pubnico; Helena (James) Nickerson, Lower East Pubnico; brothers, Louis (Rose), Woods Harbour; Lawrence (Alice), Lower East Pubnico; sister, Vivian (Coral) Amirault, Nakile Home For Special Care, Argyle; 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Anselm "Sam" Theodore D'Eon, on May 8, 2008; an infant son; brother, George; one grandson. Visitation will be Sunday from 3:30-9 p.m. and Monday from 9-9:30 a.m. in West Pubnico Funeral Home, Middle West Pubnico. Mass of Christian Burial will take place Monday at 10 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Middle East Pubnico, with Msgr. Gerald LeBlanc officiating. Interment in the parish cemetery.
