Rev. Ronnie R. Craig passed from this life and entered into the glories of Heaven on January 11, 2017. He was born in Henry County on July 28, 1951 to the late Harry Craig and the late Rosie Deal Craig. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Russell Craig and Darrell Craig; half brothers, Edward Craig and Elgin Craig; half sisters, Lucille Rakes and Frances Fretwell.
Rev. Craig was an ordained Minister with The Church of the Living God and had served in the pastoral ministry for over thirty years. In addition to being loved and greatly missed by his family, he will always hold a special place in the hearts of those he was privileged to lead in the ways of the Lord and always being an example in the love of God and his faithfulness.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Diane Craig; daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and Tim Donovant; two sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Tracy Craig and Tim and Angela Craig; granddaughters, Misty Thomas Lagunes and Paige Craig; grandsons, Johnathan Thomas and Clay Craig; great grandson, Leon Lagunes; special sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Marie and Ismeal Encarnacion and their children, Megan Hammons, Kaitlyn Hammons and Noah Encarnacion; sisters, Brenda Setliff and Janice Wright; brothers, Roger Craig, Jimmy Craig, Ramey Craig and Terry Craig; half-sister, Mildred Griffin; half-brothers, George Craig and Carlton Craig.
The family will receive friends Sunday, January 15th, 2017 from 6 – 8 PM in the Peoples Church of the Living God. The funeral service will held Monday morning at 11:00 AM in the Peoples Church of the Living God with Bishop Dwayne Pruitt officiating. Burial will be private for family.
