Ryan served 4 years in the Army. He was an M1 Tank System Mechanic out of the 24th infantry Division in Fort Riley, Kansas.
Ryan was a journey level carpenter. He was a very skilled mechanic and had a love for woodworking. Ryan took pride in all of the work he did. Ryan had a heart of gold and helped anyone in need. He touched the lives of so many. He will be deeply missed.
Ryan is survived by his Wife Crystal Harper; 3 Children: Gabriel Harper, Chloe Harper/Kennedy, and step-daughter Jewel Watson; Mother Diana Harper and her Husband Allen Warner; Father Kevin Harper and his Wife Barbara Harper; Brother Kile Harper and his wife Debbie Angerer.
Services will be held at the Veterans Cemetery in Igo, CA on January 17th, 2017 at 11 a.m. The reception will follow at the Anderson Community Center, 1887 Howard Drive, Anderson, CA.

PFC Harper was a Tract Vehicle mechanic serving Honorably from 1998 to 2001. PFC Harper served at Ft Riley, Kansas and in Saudi Arabia. PFC Harper was awarded the Army Achievement Medal.
