Scott C. Watkins
51, Kimberly, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017 at his home. He was born April 13, 1965 to Floyd and Barb (Brautigan) Watkins in Appleton. Scott graduated from Appleton East High School in 1983. He enjoyed playing football in high school and later coaching. On September 21, 1990 he married the Love of His Life, Lisa M Bartman at St. Mary Catholic Church in Appleton. They were blessed with five children. He was a proud father and loved to spend time with his grandchildren; whom he was affectionately known as Grandpa Bam Bam.
Scott lived with a lot of pain stemming from a car accident, but you would have never known it. He was always a kind and generous man who could and would talk to anyone, anywhere. He enjoyed gardening, playing cards, fishing, golfing, singing and was a War aficionado. Scott enjoyed working at the Appleton YMCA in the Aquatics Dept.
He will be greatly missed by his wife, Lisa; 5 children: Jennifer (Joe) Wall; John (Christy) Watkins; Ryan (Rachele) Watkins; Spencer (Helena) Watkins and Melanie (William) Spruill; grandchildren: Blake and Andie Wall; Ryker and Rayne Watkins; Moises Watkins; Skyler Spruill and a baby girl Watkins coming at the end of the month; his parents: Floyd and Barb Watkins; mother and father in-law: Mona and Thomas Bartman; two brothers: Floyd Watkins and Patrick (Barb) Miller; a sister Candy Miller-Rusch.
