Hazel Burnett, 87, of Springdale, Arkansas died January 11, 2017 at Shiloh Nursing and Rehab in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born April 18, 1929 at Sulphur Springs, Arkansas the daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Mable Dyson Imbeau.

She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband of forty-six years, Chester Lee Burnett; one son, Franklin Lee Burnett; her parents, six brothers and five sisters.

Survivors include: her son, Kenneth Dale Burnett of Springdale, Arkansas; four daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth Jane and James Jones of Cass, Arkansas, Joyce Ann and Jack Deaton of Gravette, Arkansas, Claris June and Carmon Watkins and Helen Virginia and Duane Moore all of Springdale, Arkansas; one sister, Erma Lee Spencer of Qaupaw, Oklahoma; eleven grandchildren, thirty-four great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P. M. Saturday, January 14 in the Brashears Funeral Home chapel with Pastors Rick Cope and Brad Egggert officiating. Interment will be in the Captain Smith Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home at Huntsville.

Pallbearers will be: Cliff "Tiny" Eggert, Chris Chesser, Chris Beasley, Steve Moon, Mike Collins and Josh Cole. Honorary pallbearers will be great-grandchildren.
