Paul passed away peacefully on December 19, 2016 at Mercy San Juan Hospital.

He was born on December 14, 1956 in Sacramento, CA.

Paul graduated San Juan High School in 1975.

Paul is survived by his children: Devanie, Derrick, Meghan, Adam, and Chrissy. He is also survived by his mother, Darlys Seay, brother, Mark A. Robinson and sister; Donna Nicols.

Paul was preceded in death by his father, John Tully Seay.

Paul will be truly missed by his longtime companion and fiancee, Cindy Dodson, along with her children, Candace Lacy and David Todd. Paul was a loving "Pa" to grandchildren, Vivian, Aphton, Tristan, and Rheya.

After years of a career in commercial flooring, Paul decided to pursue his true passion in cooking, where he would then be named "The Dragon Slayer" as his passion involved the spiciest of foods.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 2:00PM at East Lawn Mortuary, 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento, CA 95841. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your choice of a children's hospital in honor and memory of Paul.
