He was a member of St. Stephen Free Will Baptist Church and attended Craven County schools.
He is survived by his mother, Lillie Sutton Alli of the home, and his father, Fletcher Ward Jr. of Goldsboro.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Stephen Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Fred Wallace Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
