Thomas E. Marfeo Sr., 64, of 1 Manila St., Providence a shoe salesman for various firms before retiring in 1972, died yesterday at St. Joseph Hospital, North Providence. He was the husband of Helen (Lanni) Marfeo .
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Savino and Lucia (DeNunzio) Marfeo .
Besides his wife he leaves a daughter, Lucille Masi of Warwick; two sons, Michael T. Marfeo of North Providence and Thomas E. Marfeo Jr. of Providence; two brothers, Joseph A. and Frank Marfeo , both of Johnston; two sisters, Rose DelPonte, Mary Ruzzo, both of Warwick, and four grandchildren.
The funeral was on October 20th from the Mariani Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St., with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Edward's Church, Providence
