Mitchel Noble, 70, of Shepherdsville, passed away Monday at Baptist Hospital East.

A native of Rowdy, KY, he was a retired set-up man/controller for General Electric Company. He enjoyed farming, cattle, camping, water skiing and basketball and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Shepherdsville.

He is survived by his wife, three daughters, one son, two brothers, a sister, seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

His funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Immanuel Baptist Church, 1810 West Blue Lick Rd., Shepherdsville, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation will be from 12-8 p.m. Thursday and 12-8 p.m. Friday at Schmid Funeral Home in Mt. Washington and from 10 a.m. to service time Saturday at his church.
