Paul is survived by his wife,the former Edna Wagner,whom he married June 21,1941,in Jackson, Mo.; a daughter,Marilyn (Holder) Owen and husband,Howard,of Pine Bluff, Ark.; two sons,Michael Holder and wife,Kim,and Larry Holder of West Frankfort; a sister,Helen Murry,of Lansing,Mich.; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother,Ralph Holder of Johnson City. Paul was of Baptist faith. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.He also enjoyed sporting events,especially football and baseball.Paul loved spending time at home with his family and friends. He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather.He will be greatly missed.
Funeral services at Parker-Reedy Funeral Home in West Frankfort,with Christopher Hammonds officiating. Burial in Tower Heights Cemetery in West Frankfort.
