A native of Chicago, IL, he was a son of the late Wilbur and Evelyn Hill Spielman. Don was a proud veteran having served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Vera, Elmer, Marge, Robert, Herbert, Betty, Gerald, Gladys, Juanita, Mary Jane, Dale and DeWayne.
