Carol A. Riggs YORK Carol A. Riggs, 63, died at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday, February 1, 2005, at her residence. She was the wife of John M. Riggs. John and Carol observed their 43rd wedding anniversary on May 20, 2004. Born December 18, 1941, in Dover, N.J., Carol was a member of Living Word Community Church, where she also served as a Growth Group coach. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Shawn M. Riggs of York and Scott A. Riggs of Connell, Wash.; two daughters, Tami Rene Riggs of York and Heather Ann Randall of Clearwater, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and a sister, Ruth Gross of Clearwater, Fla.
