She was a former member of the Pharisburg United Methodist Church. She enjoyed decorating for the holidays and collecting frogs of all types.
Billie was born June 28, 1920 in Centerburg to the late Joseph H. and Hannah P. Andrews Hutton. She was married to Harold John “Dutch” Anderson January 6, 1943 in Russel, KY. He preceded her in death March 14, 1984. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Letha E. Walk, Virginia L. Potter, Anita M. Zaffiro, Norma J. Davenport, Iris Flack; great granddaughters, Cinnamon & Carmen Perkins; and 3 half brothers, Bernard, Ivan & Paul Lowe.
She is survived by her five children; 4 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters-in-law, 6 half sisters and many nieces and nephews.
