George L. Arbogast, 82, of 104 South Street, died yesterday in Memorial hospital where he had been a patient for two weeks.
He was the son of the late Isaac and Rachel (Duckworth) Arbogast and was a member of Grace Methodist Church and its Men's Bible Class.
Mr. Arbogast retired after being employed by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad for 50 years as a blacksmith. He belonged to Cumberland Lodge 60, Knights of Pythias and the Dokkies.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Virginia Finn, Chicago, and Mrs. Cleona McMillian, city; two sons, John L Arbogast, this city, and George R. Arbogast, Monrova, Calif., and ten grandchildren.
The body is at the Kight Funeral Home where friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m.
