Willie Mae "Billie" Moss, age 88, died December 30, 2015. Preceded in death by mother and father, Mary Alice and William R. Waters; husband, Mack Moss; brother, Leonard Waters; sister, Helen M. Waters. Survivors include several nieces and nephews; sons, William Mack and Phillip Bruce Moss; two grandchildren, Christopher and Carolyn Moss. Private graveside service.
