Sergeant Don Richard Sykes was a casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army, SGT Sykes served our country until August 12th, 1969 in Bing Duong, South Vietnam. He was 22 years old and was married. It was reported that Don died from small arms fire. His body was recovered. Don was born on May 31st, 1947 in Durham, North Carolina.
