Ann was born 30th March 1858 at Newport Pagnell Buckinghamshire the 3rd child of David Cook and his second wife Rose (Poole) she was baptised on the 7th September 1858 at the Newport Pagnell Independent Chapel. She married Henry Lennox Symington 1st October 1878 at Hoxton St John's Hackney they had 5 children. After his death in 1884 she married Roger Edwards Phillips in Q1 1886 Brentford Middlesex they had 2 children before her death in 1887.
