Celebration of life services will be the Memorial Day weekend at his home in Puxico.
Billy was born April 29, 1948, the son of Miles and Maudie Fox Allison. He was a Vietnam War Army veteran and retired from Archer, Daniels, Midland Co.
Surviving are his loved companion, Kelly Molinari of Puxico; son, Gene Allison of Decatur; stepson, Justin (Sallyann) Binkley of Bloomington; sister, Opal Allen of Blomfield, Mo.; brother, Bobby Allison of Decatur.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Frank Allison, Art Allison and Charles Allison; sisters, Mary Fox, Grace Allison, Glenda Caulfield.
