LIVINGSTON, Reginald H., 75, of Wesley Chapel, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2007, at his home under the care of hospice. He was born in Presque Isle, Maine, and moved to St. Petersburg, Fla., in 1948. He graduated from St. Petersburg High School in 1949 and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, where he became a proud member of the "Ramp Rats" while stationed at Ramey Air Force Base in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. He retired from MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa. He subsequently had successful careers in the real estate and insurance industries. He was an avid golfer at Quail Hollow Country Club and participated in the SPHS class of "49ers" reunions. During his retirement, he started his own company with one employee, called "G, F ' G" (golf, fishing and gardening). He has enjoyed being part of the original "Ramp Rats" as they gathered around the United States for reunions. He is survived by a loving family, wife, Mickey Livingston of Wesley Chapel; daughters, Melanie Livingston Barcley of St. Petersburg, Kelly McElveen of Tampa and Marilynn Tuten of St. Petersburg; son, Michael McElveen, and wife, Janise, of Tampa; grandchildren, David and Michael Barcley of St. Petersburg, Andrea and Christopher McElveen of Tampa, Matthew and Nathan Tuten of St. Petersburg; and many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday at Loyless Funeral Home. Interment with full military honors will follow at Florida NationalCemetery, Bushnell, Fla.
