2nd Baron Le Despenser

Died without male heir. Any hereditary right created when his father was summoned passed with his property to his only daughter, Margery le Despenser who became "de jure suo jure 3rd Baroness Le Despenser".

Margery married twice :
John de Ros, 7th Baron Ros of Helmsley (1396–1421). Married 1404 by dispensation for consanguinity . No issue.
Sir Roger 'of Nettlestead Hall' Wentworth (1397–1452). Married 1423.
