Mr. Parrott was born January 30, 1959, in Florence County, a son of the late Blease C. Parrott and Ella Mae Clemmons Parrott. He attended the Lake City Schools and was a retired farmer. Bull was a devoted family man who loved his wife, kids and grandkids.
Mr. Parrott was predeceased by brothers, John Parrott, Glenn "Bucky" Parrott, Kenneth "Peanut" Parrott and Thomas "Pet" Parrott; and a sister, Lizzie Miles.
