Vida Roberts, 69, Faubush, died suddenly Tuesday, July 5, at Somerset.

Born Dec. 6, 1908, at Faubush, she was the daughter of Henrietta and Stenson Cundiff, both of whom preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband, Charley Roberts, whom she married Feb. 12, 1925, at Somerset; eight children, James Roberts, Somerset, Milburn Roberts, Teddy Roberts, Vertrees Roberts, and Marita Pittman, all of Faubush, Lois Hatfield, Betty Garner, and Sue Tarter, all of Nancy; three brothers, Clinton Cundiff, Somerset, Johnny Cundiff, Faubush, , and Winfred Cundiff, Nancy; two sisters, Julia Floyd, Norwood, Ohio, and Mildred Tarter, Dayton, Ohio, and several grandchildren.

She was a housewife and a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 7, at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with Rev. Roy Allen and Rev. Ordin Rice officiating.

Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, at Pulaski Funeral Home.
