Sarah E. Sutton, 92, of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Born in Athens, Georgia on May 4, 1924, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gerald W. Sutton. A former resident of West Memphis, Arkansas, Mrs. Sutton was a member of First United Methodist Church of West Memphis, the John Mac Smith Sunday School class, the Elizabeth Grubb Circle, and was an Orpheum Theatre volunteer for 11 years. She enjoyed her many Bridge clubs. Mrs. Sutton was an avid golfer and had a "hole in one" on October 31, 1986.
