Lloyd Pepper passed away December 29 at UTMB Galveston, TX. Lloyd was born and raised in the Heights. He was a photo engraver for over 40 years. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Cookie Pepper. Lloyd is well known as a rod builder--Rods By Pepper. He has over 2000 volunteer hours at Sea Center Texas.
Pepper was cremated after his death. His remains will be spread at his favorite fishing spots in the spring, his wife said.
