Curtis Hershell Henry, of Russellville, Alabama passed away at home on January 3, 2017.
Visitation will be held 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Thursday, January 05, 2017 at Spry Memorial Chapel in Russellville. The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 06, 2017 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at Colbert Memorial Gardens in Tuscumbia, Alabama.
Hershell lived most all of his life in the Rock Creek Community and he was a very faithful member of the Posey Church of Christ. He was an Army veteran having served in World War ll. He was retired from Ford Motor Company where he was a quality inspector for 26 years. He was very loyal to Ford Motor Company and wanted everyone to drive a "Ford". He was known as the "Peanut Brittle Man" that his bride made for all of his friends and family.
He is preceded in death by his parents Willie and Lillie Henry, sister Katie Hester, brothers, Marshall and Jimmy Henry
