MaryLee was born in St. Anthony, Idaho. As a little girl, she went to school on an Indian reservation in Fort Washakie, Wy. She was baptized in the hot springs.
MaryLee loved the outdoors and would wait until her step-father made sure there were no snakes before leaving the house. She loved the reservation, playing in the hayfields and she was always a great helper around the house. Her family then moved back to St. Anthony, Idaho. After graduating high school, MaryLee moved to Los Angeles, Calif. She met and married Charles E. Budworth, and together they had two daughters. They then retired and moved from California to Salmon, Idaho.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had been a visiting teacher, worked in the library and served in many organizations.
Besides being a homemaker, her hobbies included; crocheting, embroidering, making clothes, and of course gardening.
MaryLee is survived by her sisters, Charlotte (Ken) Parry, Sylvia (Gene) Schaechterle; two daughters, Lois (Russ) Collins, Sandie (Cliff) Posner; 5 grandchildren, Shanay (Justin) Allen, Dylan (Korbyn) Collins, Allison (Tyler) Posner, Amy Posner, Matt (Tiffany) Posner; and 7 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers and 2 sisters; and her loving husband.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 11 am at the Grace Cemetery.
