He proudly served his country with the US Army during the Vietnam War. Jeff was a Union Commercial Roofer and foreman within the roofing industry for over 30 years. After his retirement Jeff enjoyed working for the Saginaw Commission on Aging. Jeff was proud to be a buckeye and an Ohio State fan. He was an outdoorsman and in his spare time he enjoyed fishing. Jeff was an amateur radio operator who enjoyed speaking with people around the world. He will forever be remembered for his generosity, and his kind heartedness for family and friends.
Jeff is survived by his children: Crystal (Steven) Wilson, Jordan Paul and Rachel Paul; grandchildren: Dallas, Micah and Jaida Wilson; brother, John R. Jr. Jack" (Mary) Paul; sisters: Krista (Robert) Bizzell and Shelby Clark; his former wife and close friend, Julie Paul. Jeff will also be missed by several nieces and nephews.
Jeff was preceded in death by his son, Marshall Steven Paul; father, John R. Paul, Sr.; mother, Rita J. Paul Clark; and brothers, Steven T. Clark and Paul B. Clark.
FUNERAL: A funeral service will be held for Jeff at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd., (off State). Pastor Bill Bodnar will officiate. Burial and military honors under the auspices of the United States Army will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
VISITATION: Friends and family are welcome to visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.
