Mrs. Surber was born September 1, 1963 in Ashdown, AR to Loyce and Effie Smith. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include two sons and one daughter in law, one daughter and son in law, one brother and sister in law, one sister and brother in law, and five grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00. Services will be Thursday, January 12, 2017, 2:00PM at the Madden Funeral Home Chapel, Ashdown, AR. Internment following in Blackerby Cemetery.
