William Patrick "Billy" Worth, 56, of Bainbridge, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2013.
He was born on April 22, 1957 in Indianapolis to Joseph Worth and Marcella Edwards Worth.
Billy attended Brownsburg Schools, and was a member of LifeSpring Church.
He honorably served in the Indiana National Guard.
Billy was a brick mason and was employed by Herbert Brothers Masonry in Bainbridge.
His parents and his adopted mother Edna Herbert preceded him in death.
Surviving are his siblings, Martha Grishaw and husband Denny of Windfall, IN, Joseph Worth of Indianapolis, Michael Worth and wife Kathy of Brownsburg, Robert Worth and wife Diane of Brownsburg, Ann Groff and husband Danny of Indianapolis and Patricia Hodge and husband Randy of Avon; his adopted family Thomas Herbert and wife Karen of Bainbridge, Eddie Herbert of Indianapolis, Chris Herbert and wife Lori of Bainbridge, Mark Herbert and wife Debbie of Plainfield, Susan Murphy and husband Joseph of Avon, Anita Herbert of Bainbridge, Jeff Herbert and wife Lisa of Coatesville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 18, 2013 at 1 P.M. at LifeSpring Church, 5038 North US Highway 231, Greencastle, with Joseph R. Murphy, II officiating. Interment will follow at Bainbridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 11 A.M. until time of services at the church.
Billy enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with his family. His Heart was bigger than he was.
Billy was a sweet, humble spirit who always put others first. He will be forever remembered in our hearts for his kind and caring ways.
