Henry Bauch Dies at Home
Manitowoc Rapids Man to be buried on Friday
Henry Bauch Sr., 66, died yesterday afternoon at his home at Manitowoc Rapids following a lingering illness.
The funeral will be from the Wattawa, Urbanek and Schlei funeral home on Friday afternoon at 1:45 and from the St. John's Lutheran's church at Newton at 2 o'clock with the Rev. E. Kionka officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Mr. Bauch was born on August 9, 1869, in Cook county,Illinois. sixty years ago he came to Manitowoc Rapids where he lived up to the present time. He was a farmer. He married Meta Wicke in 1900.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Edwin Raether, Manitowoc Rapids, Mrs. F. Ploeckleman (sic), Pestigo, Miss Minnie Bauch, Milwaukee; one son, Henry Jr., at home; three brothers, William, Manitowoc Rapids, August, Crivitz, Charles, Milwaukee; one sister, Miss Minnie Bauch, Manitowoc; and nine grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the Wattawa,Urbanek and Schlei funeral home from Thursday afternoon till the time of the funeral.
