Pamela Jean Horn passed away peacefully on Christmas morning after suffering heart failure. Pamela was a native San Franciscan spending most of her life living in San Mateo, CA while also spending some time in Scottsdale, AZ and Fresno, CA. She was a Class of '64 Hillsdale High School graduate.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Alisa Kuhn-Ferrari of San Mateo & Rachel Horn-LaFonteese; grandson Noah David LaFonteese of Redwood City; brother Robert Frederick Sibold; and loving friend David W. Horn. Preceded in death by her parents Rosemary Ann & Robert Francis Sibold and her brother James Scott Sibold.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30am on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Sneider & Sullivan & O'Connell's Funeral Home, 977 S. El Camino Real, San Mateo, CA. Entombment to follow at Skylawn Memorial Park, Highway 92 at Skyline Blvd., San Mateo, CA. Casual dress, Pam lived colorfully.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her memory to the San Mateo County Health Foundation, Mental Health Dept., 222 W. 39th Ave., San Mateo, CA 94403.
