Mrs. Black was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Lorine Anderson Norman and Margaret Anderson Martin; brothers, James Anderson, Lester Anderson, Raymond Anderson, Alvin Anderson, and J.L. Anderson
Mrs. Black's accomplishments in life were as a wife, homemaker, cook, mother, and the love of her grandchildren. "Nobody ever went hungry if you visited her house." She loved her kids at Piney Chapel where she worked 20 years in the lunchroom. She was a faithful member of Hays Mill Church of Christ for more than 60 years.
Services for Mrs. Black will be Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Dennis Black and family officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:45. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
