Martha Rosalee "Rose" (Graham) Dunn
90, of Kokomo, passed away December 30, 2016. She was born February 15, 1926 to William and Carmen Graham. Rosalee was a graduate of Galveston High School, Galveston, IN, and worked at Brada Miller Trucking for many years.
Rose is survived by daughters Pamela Bare (Donovan), Indianapolis, and Elaine Johnson (Sid), Culpeper, Virginia; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law Marjorie Goodnight, Kokomo, and Jo Graham, Galveston; and brothers-in-law Darrel Dunn (Roberta), Lynn, IN, and Rick Dunn (Brenda), Hamersville, OH. She was preceded in death by her husband John Robert "Finney" Dunn, two brothers and three sisters.
Rosalee was a member of Eastern Star, a life-long member of the Galveston Baptist Church, and volunteered at a Childrens Day Care in Galveston. Her favorite activities were playing cards, dancing, jigsaw puzzles, spending time with family and friends at a cabin on Yellow Creek Lake, and decorating her home for Christmas, her favorite time of year.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00pm Tuesday, January 3, 2017, at the First Baptist Church of Galveston 207 Sycamore St. Galveston with Pastor Paul Martin officiating. Visitation will be 10:00am--12:00pm also at the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the church.
