Barbara Edith Allen Dobbins, 83, 4681 Highland Dr., died Wednesday morning at her home of natural causes.
Born March 21, 1882, Durham County, England, a daughter of John and Elizabeth Brown Allen. Married Earl Spanogle in Cambria, Wyoming.
Survivors: daughters, Mrs. James (Zuma) Fairkoff, Salt Lake City; Zelma Hansen; sister, Mrs. Isabelle Hoyne, Rock Springs, Wyo; 13 grandchildren and seven great grandchilren.
