Ronald Harding of Nashville, TN passed away on December 28, 2016.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William Flintnoy Harding, Mildred Nolen Harding; brothers, John Brewer, Jackie Brewer, Charles Harding and Donald Harding and sisters, Peggy McCool and Ann Champion.

He is survived by loving wife, Sue Harding; sons, Jeff Harding and Todd Whitney; daughter, Sherri DeRoos; grandchildren, Josh (Katie) Ladd, Jana (Ryan) LaPointe, Kara, Daniel, Megan, and Alissa Whitney, Gavin and Sophie Harding; great-grandchildren, Karla, Bella, Marlee, Ryder and Lety; granddaughter of the heart, Diana; sisters, Vivian Sanders, Mary (Terry) Simmons and Linda (Mark) Fleming and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ronald served in the Army from 1969 to 1971, achieving several awards. He obtained the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, two Army Commendation Medals, and two OS Bars.

Ronald was a generous man who will be missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of life graveside service will be held at Middle TN Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, TN. Celebration will take place on Thursday, January 5, 2016 at 10am.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, January 4, 2016 from 4pm- 8pm at Spring Hill Funeral home.
