Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend passed away on December 8, 2016 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on February 15, 1928 to Joseph Anderson and Emma Amanda Mansor Anderson in Monroe, Utah. She married Morris Leeaun Torgensen on April 21, 1946 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Later solemnized in the in the Manti LDS Temple. He preceded her in death October 14, 1969.

Donna worked for Century Link Communications for over 25 years and was an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Monroe and sang in the Monroe church choir. She was an avid reader. There were not many books she had not read.

She is survived by her four children: Brent (Deborah), Dahl (Janet), Kirk (Linda) and Kathy Taylor (Keven). She was adored by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held January 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Memorial Mortuaries 3115 East 7800 South, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121. She will be buried next to her husband in the Monroe Cemetery on January 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Funeral Directors: Magleby Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Manti.
