Brenda Lee Blackshear, 54, of Dickinson, Texas, passed away December 25, 2016.
She was born in Texas City, Texas on January 17, 1962 to Henry R. Ramber and Irene M. Ramber.
She was married to David G. Blackshear for 36 years. Early in her life, Brenda worked as an EKG Technician, Pharmacist Assistant and a Medical Assistant. At the time of her passing, she was a member of Bay Area Church. Previously, she was member at Dickinson First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and was the director for Vacation Bible School. She had a passion for cooking and watching the Food Network channel.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry R. Ramber and Irene M. Ramber; sisters, Linda M. McLean, Betty Jo Ramber; brothers, Eddie D Ramber, Neal Ramber.
She is survived by her husband, David G. Blackshear; son, Myles Blackshear; brothers, Andrew Ramber and wife Aileen, Teddy Ramber and wife Sheila; sister, Candy Ramber Purl and husband Ron. She is also survived by a multitude of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, TX 77598. Funeral Services will be celebrated on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
