BRYAN, Jessie Boone, 93, of Henrico, Va., passed away Christmas Day 2016. She was born in North Carolina on August 26, 1923 to James and Cora Boone. She was predeceased in 2003, by her husband of 56 years, Kedar F. Bryan. She is survived by her son, William (Julie) Bryan; two daughters, Frances (Charles) West and Vicky (David) Pierce; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Bryan was a teacher for many years at Tuckahoe Middle School in Henrico County. She was a founding member and beloved trustee of St. Andrews United Methodist Church, 9801 Fort King Rd., Richmond, Va. 23229, where her funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 29, 2016. Visitation for family and friends will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, December 28, at the Parham Chapel-Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Road, Richmond, Va. 23229. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church
