Stephen Paul Giles, 58, of East Greenville, Montgomery County, died December 25, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital, Quakertown. He was the companion of Debi Faultersack.

Born August 27, 1958 in Reading, he was a son of Phillip Jack and Elinor Elsie (Ford) Giles of Laureldale.

Stephen was a 1976 graduate of Muhlenberg High School and Reading-Muhlenberg Vo-Tech, where he went for nursing. He was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse for many years, having worked at Health South for 15 years, and most recently for Maxim Health Services.

Stephen was a member of Rosedale United Church of Christ, Laureldale.

He is also survived by his sister, Julia R., wife of Bert L. Guigley, of Wyomissing; and their three sons: Devin, Cullen and Ethan.

Stephen was predeceased by an infant sister, Alison Giles, who died in March 1960.

Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Stitzel Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Molltown.
