Stephen T. Coulter II, 38, of Watertown, Ohio, died on December 22, 2016, at his home as a result of a house fire. He was born April 12, 1978 in Denver, Colo., son of Stephen Coulter and Barbara Iowa Callahan.
He was self-employed as a handyman and jack of all trades. He graduated from Marietta High School.
Stephen is survived by a son, Owen Riley Coulter of Middlebourne, W.Va.; his father, Stephen Coulter; and step-mother, Barbara of Watertown; his mother, Barbara Callahan of Littleton, Colo.; and several other family members.
A visitation will be held at the Barlow Fairgrounds Dining Hall on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 1-8 p.m. with a short service at 5 p.m.
