Katherine Norine Smith Stevens, 79 died Sunday morning, December 25, 2016 at her home. She was the widow of William Noel Stevens who preceded her in death on April 20, 2005. She was born Sept. 7, 1937 in Rockcastle County. She was the daughter of the late John and Ruth Mink Smith. She was a member of the Baptist faith. She was a devoted and loving mother.
Surivivors Include:
Son: Jeff Stevens and Fiance Sharon Criswell
Two Sisters: Helen Price and Carol Huggard
Several half brothers and sisters.
Special Sister-in-law: Bernice Reynolds
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Smith
