June married Paul Thomas Shults November 11, 1948. From this union they had one son, Steven Paul, and later divorced in 1959. June met her soul mate, Charles Edwin White, and they were married July 3, 1972, in Idaho Falls.
During June's life she worked various jobs, which included the Sugar Factory and John Deere. She also modeled for Carroll's Dress Shop, Peterson's Furniture, as well as other downtown merchants in Idaho Falls. In 1956, June went to work for Mountain Bell Telephone Company and was able to transfer within the company to other states such as Utah, California, and Iowa, then retired in 1981. Once retired, she was able to join her husband, Charlie, in Saudi Arabia, where he was working for Bechtel on the International Airport for King Fahd. From there they were able to travel the world.
June was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She received her endowments in the Idaho Falls Temple April 16, 1996. June enjoyed watching her grandchildren, and later her great-grandchildren, grow up.
Survivors include her son, Steven (Jenny) Shults of Idaho Falls, grandchildren, Paul (Nicole) Shults of Shelley, Darci (Clint) Aiken of Post Falls ID, Kara (Mark) Sakaguchi of Idaho Falls, and Cameron (Leah) Wray of Idaho Falls. She has 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie, along with her parents and two brothers, Don and Bill Price.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 31, 2016, at the Idaho Falls LDS Cedar Ridge Ward, 3195 South Holmes Avenue, with Bishop James Durrant officiating. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior at the church. Burial will be in the Annis-Little Butte Cemetery
